If a customer selects an EMI option, relevant information required for determining eligibility or processing the transaction may be processed by the applicable bank, NBFC, card issuer, Razorpay or other authorised partner under their respective terms and privacy practices.

PORCHSY does not independently determine the customer's credit eligibility for third-party EMI products.
