Products and Services

PORCHSY designs, manufactures, supplies and installs prefabricated tensile carports, vehicle parking shades and related structural products.

Most PORCHSY products are made to order according to the customer's approved dimensions, site conditions, selected model, specifications and quotation.

Actual dimensions, structure, finish, colour and other specifications shall be based on the final approved quotation, drawing or order confirmation.

Quotations

Unless otherwise specified in writing, quotations issued by PORCHSY are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

Prices, specifications and scope shall be as stated in the applicable quotation.

Unless otherwise stated, quoted final prices are inclusive of applicable GST/taxes.

Any additional work, design modification or variation requested after confirmation may be separately chargeable.

Order Confirmation

An order shall be considered confirmed after:

• Acceptance of the final quotation/specification;
• Required advance payment or agreed payment;
• Approval of the final design/dimensions where applicable.

Manufacturing may commence after receipt of the required advance and final approval.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specifically agreed in the quotation, the standard payment schedule may be:

• 50% as advance/order confirmation;
• 40% before installation or at material readiness stage;
• 10% upon completion.

A different payment schedule mentioned in an individual quotation or contract shall override the above standard schedule.

Payments may be collected through approved payment methods including bank transfer, UPI, Razorpay Payment Gateway, Razorpay Payment Links, cards and eligible EMI facilities.

EMI and Financing

Eligible customers may be offered EMI or financing options through authorised banks, NBFCs, card issuers or payment-service providers integrated with Razorpay.

PORCHSY/Soulity India Pvt. Ltd. does not independently issue, sanction or underwrite customer loans.

EMI eligibility, credit limits, tenure, interest rates, processing fees, down-payment requirements and approval/rejection are determined solely by the applicable bank/NBFC/card issuer/payment partner.

Customers should review the lender's applicable terms before selecting an EMI facility.

Site Conditions

The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the installation site and for disclosing relevant site conditions that may affect installation.

Any additional civil work, modifications or work outside the confirmed scope may be separately chargeable.

Civil work, scaffolding, unloading labour, electrical/KSEB permissions or other third-party/site-related requirements are excluded unless specifically included in the quotation.

Custom and Additional Works

CNC panels, jaali work, decorative fascia, branding, logos, name boards or other customised accessories are not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.

Such work may be separately estimated and undertaken after customer approval.

Manufacturing and Installation

Production and installation timelines are estimates and may vary depending on design approval, site readiness, material availability, logistics, weather conditions, force majeure or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

PORCHSY will make reasonable efforts to complete confirmed work within the agreed/projected schedule.

Customer Changes

Changes requested after design approval or commencement of manufacturing may result in:

• Additional charges;
• Revised delivery/installation schedule;
• Technical feasibility review.

PORCHSY reserves the right to reject modifications that are technically unsafe or impractical.

Product Images

Images, renders and photographs displayed on the website are representative.

Due to site dimensions, lighting, screen display, custom specifications and manufacturing requirements, minor visual differences may occur in the completed product.

Warranty

Applicable warranty terms shall be as specifically mentioned in the customer's quotation, invoice, warranty document or product specification.

Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised alterations, accidental damage, lack of required maintenance or damage caused by events outside the stated warranty coverage, subject to applicable law.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the separate Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy published on this website.

Because many PORCHSY products are custom-manufactured to customer-approved specifications, cancellation eligibility may change once design approval, procurement, fabrication or manufacturing has begun.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights available to customers under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

PORCHSY branding, logos, product photographs, website content, designs, drawings and other proprietary materials may not be reproduced or commercially used without written authorisation, except as permitted by law.

Website Use

Users shall not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, submit fraudulent information or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Limitation and Applicable Law

PORCHSY will provide its products and services according to the confirmed scope and applicable law.

Any limitation of liability under these Terms shall operate only to the extent permitted by applicable Indian law.
